Amber Wright

Mrs. Amber Daly Wright, age 42, of Zebulon, passed away June 23, 2023, at Emory University Hospital.  Amber grew up in Clayton County. She attended Bible Baptist Christian School in Jonesboro and then Lovejoy High School.  Amber was a loving and devoted wife and mother with a heart of gold. She enjoyed watching her children play sports and was often the team mom.  Amber was a member of Second Baptist Church in Griffin. She was a talented photographer who was adventurous and fun-loving.  She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father Richard Joseph "Rick" Daly, brother Toby Daly, grandparents Clarence and Ruby Ensley and Joyce and Joe Daly, aunt Sissy Radics, and mother-in-law Gail wright.

She is survived by her husband: Joshua Wright; children: Matthew Wright (Magan), Marissa Wright, Destiny Wright (Adri), Madalyn Wright, and Jordyn Yarbrough (Zachary); mother: Cheryl Daly; sister-in-law: Janaya Daly; nephews: Colton and Mason Daly; and many other family members.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 28, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor David Hill officiating.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., at the funeral home.

It was Amber's wish to be buried next to her father. A private graveside service will be held in Moody Memorial Gardens.
