Chad Matthews

Mr. Chadwick "Chad" Daniel Matthews, age 48, passed away November 6, 2023.  Chad grew up in Pike County where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles.  When he was young, he raced dirt-bikes in Motocross.  He was an electrician and a friend who was loved by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his wife:  Rachel Matthews; children: Alexis Matthews, Skyler Matthews, and Lane Matthews; mother:  Susie McKenzie; father: Danny Matthews (Margaret); brothers and sisters:  Shane Matthews, Jimmy McKenzie, Jason Allen and Karen Smith; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and all his brothers by other mothers.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
