Cheryl Caldwell

Cheryl Ann Caldwell, age 66, of Williamson, passed away May 1, 2025.

Cheryl was born on January 22, 1959, in Griffin. She grew up in Spalding County and graduated from Griffin High. She later graduated from Gordon College. She enjoyed baking, bird watching, and fishing. Cheryl attended Christ Chapel Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Ryan Thomas, and her sister Nancy Killingsworth.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin Caldwell; mother, Velma (Windell) Hinton; father, John (Joyce) Killingsworth; sisters, Melanie Peeples, Patti Smith, and Dee Adams (Brian); grandchildren, Tyler Thomas (Cara), Gavin Thomas (Bailey), and Harley Unger; great grandchildren, Amelia and Matthew Thomas; mother in law, Linda Caldwell; sister in law, Darlene Mixon (Frank); brother in law, Brian Caldwell (Melody); several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM, in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home. Pastor Billy Smith will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 2-3, at the funeral home.
