Christa Edge

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, Christa Leigh Ogburn Edge left this Earth and gained her Heavenly wings.  She was loved by many and undoubtedly left a mark on all of those she met throughout her 63 years of life.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 2 p.m., in Christ Chapel Church in Barnesville.  Pastor Keith Ford will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at the Church and burial will follow in Old Hebron Cemetery, 702 Strickland Road, Concord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Carolyn Ogburn and her son, Wesley Edge.

Christa is survived by her husband: Larry Edge, Meansville, GA; children: Cassie Bishop, Newnan, GA, and Callie (Christopher) Caulder, Grovetown, GA; grandchildren: Makenzie Edge, Cohen Caulder, Callum Caulder, and Alexandra Bishop; siblings: Michele (Johnny) Weaver, Clarksville, GA, Robert (Annette) Ogburn, Lavonia, GA, Darien (Tracey) Ogburn, Grayson, GA; many nieces and nephews.
