Daniel (Buddy) Terry

Mr. Daniel (Buddy) Terry, age 70, of Griffin, formerly of Tifton, passed away October 11, 2021.  He was born in Ocilla, son of the late Alton Terry, Jr. and Betty Young Terry.  He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the 82 ^nd Airborne. Buddy most enjoyed his family and restoring antique tractors.  He was an active member of the Pike County Antique Tractor Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Dianne Terry Cooper.

He is survived by his wife: Bridget Terry; sister:  Sharon (Randy) Hancock of Tifton, son:  Brent (Leeann) Terry of Williamson; daughter: Amanda (TJ) Hayes of Griffin; grandchildren: Jacob Hayes, Kaitlyn Hayes, Cooper Terry and Jackson Terry; nephew and Nieces: Chris (Tracy) Veal, JeriLynn (Randy) Cooper, Brandi (Dana) Dyers, and Haley Hancock.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 13, at 12 noon, in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Kenny Young officiating.  Burial will follow in Moody Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, October 13, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
