Diana Lea Lewis

Ms. Diana Lea Lewis, age 66, of Meansville, passed away October 22, 2021. She was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, daughter of the late Clyde Lewis, Jr. and Della Jean Addison Lewis.  Diana was the most Beautiful, Loving, kind hearted, giving person, and the protector of her family. She enjoyed music, especially Diana Ross & Motown, and writing poetry.  Diana was a published poet. She worked for Aberdeen Proving Ground, a US Army facility located in Aberdeen, Md, for many years as a Civil Service worker from Jan. 1977- April 2006.

In addition to her parents, Clyde and Jean Lewis she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bruce Lewis and Brian Lewis.

She is survived by her brother: Jeff Lewis and his wife Nancy of Ellicott City, Md; her sister: Susan Gehman and her husband Brian of Zebulon; nieces and nephews: Rachel Xiao, her husband Justin, Natalie Lewis, Dylan Gehman (Sarah Casey), Levi Gehman and Keith Lewis and his wife Julia; great-nieces: Kayla Lewis and Mila Lewis; special friend: Darlene Shaw; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 26, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home.
