James Mcdaniel

Mr. James "Jim" Harris McDaniel, age 84, of Zebulon, passed away December 18, 2021.

Mr. McDaniel was born on April 21, 1937, son of the late Henry Thomas McDaniel and the late Virginia Louise Buffington McDaniel. He loved to watch sports, cut grass, and tinker in his shop. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Cheryl; sisters, Joyce and Patricia; brother, Joe.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Betty McDaniel; daughters, Mary Sewell, Patty Whaley, and Tammy Demora; sons, Steve McDaniel, John McDaniel, and Joe Bragers; brothers, Henry, Terry, and Brian McDaniel; sister, Pandy Dass; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.

A private service will be held at a later date.
