LeRoy Lee Seignious III

Mr. LeRoy “Roy” Lee Seignious III, age 90, of Milner, passed away October 1, 2026, at his home. LeRoy grew up in Atlanta and later lived in Stockbridge. He was a veteran of the United States Army proudly serving his country in Korea.

For most of his working life, Roy was a truck driver. He was a member of the VFW in Barnesville and enjoyed playing golf. He was a devoted member of Bethel Baptist Church in Milner.

LeRoy was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Burns Seignious, his mother, Grace Estell Boyce Seignious, and a sister.

He is survived by his daughters: Denise Williams (Marvin) of Hoschton and Leasia Nelson (Randy) of Victor, West Virginia; brother: Wilson Seignious; grandchildren: Adam Nelson, Barry Palmer, Dale Nelson, Matthew Nelson, Tonya Marsh and Travis Williams; great-grandchildren: Austen Nelson, Lillie Nelson, Jessica Nelson, Audrey Nelson, Elouise Nelson, Henry Nelson and Kayla Marsh.

Friends may visit the family on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, 448 Zebulon Road, Milner.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., at the church with Pastor Audie Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
