Linda "Snow" Carpenter King

Ms. Linda Susan "Snow" King, age 65, of Thomaston, passed away January 4, 2022.  Mrs. King was born in Arizona and lived in Jonesboro and Griffin for years before moving to Thomaston. She enjoyed gardening, plants, crafts, makeup, and fashion. She also liked unicorns and other mystical creatures, and beanie babies. She had a collection of both.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene King, Sr., former husband Steven Goins, step-children Sharon King and Kathy King.

Mrs. King is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Audrey Carpenter of North Carolina; her children and their spouses: Angel and Joe Williams, Breeana King and Blake Brown, Donnie and Lindsey King and Elisha King; step-children: Robbie King, Christian Reid, Darrell Reid, DeeDee King, Matt Goins and Mandy Goins; grandchildren: Kane Williams and Brittany Guin, Kody Williams, and Trent Oglesby; great-grandchildren: LeeRoy, Willow, Lydia, Hayzleigh and Kami; brother: Mike Carpenter; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit the family on Saturday, January 8, 2022, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the funeral home.  A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Rev. Glen "Cujo" Todd officiating.
