Linda Reese

Mrs. Linda Ann Allen Reese, age 69, of Molena, passed away March 15, 2022.  She was born in Douglas, GA, daughter of the late Lester Joe Allen and Barbara Ann Hansard Allen. In her early years, Linda worked as a bookkeeper. As her children grew, she became a homemaker, taking them to their activities and events. She was very organized and frugal. She enjoyed reading, antiquing, budgeting, and clipping coupons. Linda was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Thomas "Tommy" Floyd Reese, Jr., and her brother, Paul Edward Allen.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Kevin and Candice Reese of Fayetteville; daughter and son-in-law: Jennifer and Mike Wallis of Zebulon; grandchildren: Natalie Reese, Garrett Wallis, Brooke Wallis, and Cassidy Reese; sister and brother-in-law: Pam and Ronnie Taylor of Fayetteville; sister-in-law: Kay Allen of Tucker; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, 1177 GA 109, Molena. Pastor Ken Horton will officiate.

Friends may visit the family from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the graveside.
