Lisa Jones

Lisa Dale Jones, age 71, of Zebulon, passed away January 10, 2025. Lisa was born on December 3, 1953, in Griffin, daughter of the late Ray Shackelford and the late Jacqueline Dixon Shackelford. She grew up in Griffin but lived in Pike County for many years. She retired from Riverside Uniform Rental. Lisa loved horses and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Jones, and her sister, Connie Vining.

Survivors include her children: Angie Blalock (Chris), Josh Farlow (Amy), Justin Farlow (Angie), Wendy Jones Nix (Dwayne), and Tammy Jones Massey; grandchildren: Bryant, Megan, Jordan, Dalton, Dakota, Lucas, and Jacob; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Kathy Wilson.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 2 PM, in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Clark officiating.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 1-2 PM, at the funeral home.
