Mark Price

Mr. Gerald Marcus "Mark" Price, Jr., age 57, of Thomaston, passed away April 2, 2022.  Mark was born in Atlanta on September 22, 1964. He was currently working at Standard Textile in Thomaston. He was a great husband, Dad and Poppy.  Mark enjoyed fishing, music and playing the guitar. He was a volunteer at the Upson County Humane Society.

Mark was preceded in death by his sister, Myra Jean Sasser.

He is survived by his wife: Lisa Price; children: James M. Lee, Jr. (Tearsa), Jennifer Reed, Kathryn Ozley (Rodney); grandchildren: Dakota Lee, Alyssa Lee, Alexys Gibson, Shy-Anne Hammock, Brooke Rogers, Briceon Ozley, Abigail Ozley, and Blake Canady; parents: Margaret and Bobby McLeod; sisters: Denise Johnson (Steve) and Tammy Pass (Randy); aunt and uncle: Wanda and Steven Epps.

It was Mark's wish to be cremated and a private family service will be held later.
