Mary Ann Gilbert

Mary Ann Gilbert, age 79, of Molena, passed away February 16, 2022.  She was born in Molena, daughter of the late Oscar Marvin Wynn and Agnes Bazzell Wynn. Mary Ann worked for the US Postal Service as an assistant Post Master for many years. She was also a homemaker and a very loving and nurturing person. Mary Ann loved trips to the beach and sitting in the front yard in her swing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband H. Y Gilbert, son Don Gilbert, and brother J. L. Wynn.

She is survived by her children: Wendy G. Ard and Michael Gilbert; two sisters: Patricia Reedy and Tammy Harris; grandchildren: Dagan Guy, Lincoln Ard, Gage Gilbert and Collin Gilbert; several nieces and nephews.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
