Sara Jane Burroughs

Ms. Sara Jane Burroughs, age 80, of Concord, formerly of Sebring, Florida, passed away July 28, 2022, peacefully at home with her family by her side.

Ms. Burroughs worked for many years in the physical therapy field before retiring in 2009.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde (Buddy) and Violet Lewis, and her husband Jack Burroughs.

Ms. Burroughs is survived by her children: Scott, Shelby, and Stacy Jones; step daughter: Sandy Burroughs; grandchildren: Justin Baille, Travis Baille, Christopher Jones, and Sarah Hempe; great-grandchildren: Rayden Baille, Kensley Baille, Chance Baille, Hayleigh Rodgers, Cash Jones, and Cole Jones; great-great-grandchild: Mason Rodgers.

Memorial services will held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 1 PM, at Concord Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Brightmoor Hospice, 3235 Newnan Road, Griffin or Old Hebron Cemetery in Concord.
