Tammy Denise Smith

Mrs. Tammy Denise Cochran Smith, age 48, of Stockbridge, passed away November 5, 2022, at her home. Tammy grew up in the Thomaston and Barnesville areas. She was the daughter of the late James Cochran and Connie Faye Arrington Johnston. In her early years, Tammy enjoyed spending time with her cousins, helping her Grandmother Cochran with sewing projects and talking with her dad while he worked in his mechanic shop.  In her spare time, she liked to play video games, work on her computer, and play with her pets.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her cousin, Gina Pollard.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Lee Smith; her beloved dogs, Brownie and Daisey, and her cat, Jack. Tammy is also survived by many family members and friends.

It was Tammy's wish to be cremated and no formal services are planned.
