Timothy "Tim" R. Dickerson

Mr. Timothy "Tim" R. Dickerson, age 69, of Thomaston, passed away September 8, 2024.  Tim grew up in Thomaston, son of the late Hugh Dickerson and Linda Smith Dickerson. He was a handy-man who loved his family and collected what-nots. He was a member of Clarks Chapel Baptist Church.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Billy Dickerson, Shirley Johnson, Deborah Denton, Richard Dickerson, Grover Dickerson, Ray Dickerson, and Tony Dickerson.

He is survived by his brother: Mark Dickerson of Thomaston; special niece: Stephanie Emerson of Thomaston; sister-in-law; Darlene Dickerson, many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Tim's life will be held on Wednesday, September 11, at 3 p.m., at Clarks Chapel Baptist Church in Thomaston. Pastor Dean Hemphill will officiate.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the church.
