Wendell Williams

Mr. Wendell Wayne Williams, age 64, of Zebulon, passed away January 21, 2022, at his home.  He was born in Barnesville, son of the late Terrell Williams and Sylvia Berry Williams. Wendell worked in construction for most of his life as a self-employed carpenter.  He was an artist, enjoyed playing the guitar, and played in a band. Wendell also liked to fish and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years: Sandra White Williams; son and daughter-in-law: Jonathan Wayne Williams and wife Evelyn of Zebulon; grandchildren: Joshua Williams, Blake Williams, and Shelby Williams; brothers and a sister-in-law: Tony and Diane Williams of Culloden and Bobby Williams of Pike County; special cousin: Mark Gooden and his wife Karen of Barnesville; our special Rosebud: Samantha Morales; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is being planned and will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
